4. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

5. Revisions & Modifications

6. Intellectual Property
All creative work, designs, content, and strategies remain the property of Aarmbh Media until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Aarmbh Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
7. Advertising & Performance Disclaimer
Aarmbh Media does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, or rankings.
Advertising results depend on multiple factors including budget, market conditions, competition, and platform algorithms.
Performance reports are based on data provided by advertising platforms and analytics tools.
8. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, policy updates, or account suspension caused by third-party platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or hosting providers.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of the project unless required by law.
10. Termination
Aarmbh Media reserves the right to terminate services if:
Payment terms are violated
Client engages in unethical or illegal activities
There is misuse of services
The client may terminate services by providing written notice. Fees paid will not be refunded.

Aarmbh Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
